  I bring to Hall Brown over 40 years experience as a family lawyer . In that time I have never lost my passion to help and guide clients through a difficult period of their life . My aim is to work with the client as well as for the client.It is the client's solution which I am looking to find, not my own.My experience in building a family law team over 30+ years and as a family law arbitrator means I have come across most areas of the industry which I know will help the client find that solution.

  Having spent 41 years as a Family Lawyer at Irwin Mitchell I left in October 2019 . I was the Head of the Family team for much of that time leading up to 50 lawyers . I was on various executive boards at the firm and had a period of 18 months on the main board . Although I enjoyed the challenges of recruiting and managing a group of lawyers , many of whom were very talented, client work was my main driver. Dealing with Family Law cases either as a lawyer or arbitrator remains my passion. I am keen to offer advice and guidance on any family law issue whether that is to a client , a fellow lawyer, a commentator or anyone thinking of entering the industry.
