We do this for our clients, each other, our families and the communities in which we conduct business.My role:- Partner with hiring managers to understand their business needs and create strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent. - Contribute to proactive recruiting efforts across the organization by guiding hiring managers on best practices, creating training materials, implementing new processes. - Source and screen candidates for appropriate roles, utilizing employee networks, ATS, and other methods of sourcing. - Manage Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate records, track time to fill, longevity, and req types (replace/new position). - Facilitate employee onboarding processes and follow up to ensure employees have the support and training they need to integrate into the company and their role. - Manage on-site university recruiting team and events. - Manage employee referral program. - Assist with the employee engagement survey process and provide support to leaders in addressing identified issues. - Assists in execution of the performance management process, including development plans, annual performance reviews, and performance improvement. - Maintain turnover data and provide solutions for common themes. - Conduct exit interviews and use data to make improvements to employment and retention practices. - Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting thorough, effective, and timely investigations where necessary. - Assist employees and supervisors with interpretation and correct use of HR policies and procedures. - Manage company role profiles and ensure they remain relevant and accessible to all employees. - Stay current on changes to HR policies and processes.- Assists the director with HR projects, volunteer events, and activities.
