  Provide, develop and promote positive play opportunities for children and young people within the Clapham and Stockwell area. • Successfully grew the Springfield Community Flat charity by contributing to the development of the business plan, writing policies and procedures and evolving projects • Managed 40+ staff delivering services for children and young people. 6 x After School Clubs, 5 x Holiday Play Projects, 4 x Breakfast Clubs 1 x Adventure Playground • Fund raised £400,000 for core, capital and project costs and £300,000 for Out of School Hours Projects for Springfield Community Flat assisting in the delivery of positive activities and projects for children and young people in the Clapham and Stockwell area • Consistently (for over 10 years) raised funds to cater for the delivery of summer and holiday activities in the Clapham and Stockwell area • Initiated the redevelopment of Stuarts Road Adventure Playground which resulted in reopening of the playground after 11 years, providing a Breakfast Club, After School Service and Youth Club • Met the demand for play provisions within the local community • Trained staff in delivering positive activities for children resulting in the successful management and running of 5 holiday play projects Show less
