Project Description: 50+ web sites: E-commerce, contest, mobile, social media Environment: PHP, VB.net, flash, IOS, Android, Windows phone Team size: Between 4 and 15 depending on project On job accomplishments: • Develop test plans • Execute testing • Establish and adjust QA process depending on the project • Create documentation I worked on more than 50 website over the duration of 2 years in a high pressure environment with high profile clients, having to support up to 7 projects simultaneously during their entire lifecycle. The websites varied, from e-commerce to contests, mobile, social media and more. I created test plans, executed test cases and customized the QA process based on project budget, project deadlines, and risk management. Every project presented unique challenges, with tight deadlines or a tight budget, ambitious creative ideas that were difficult to translate into technical requirements or contests with considerable legal implications. I started working when the QA department had recently been created so we were in charge of the creation of the processes and documentation while conducting the testing. Show less
