I met Martin when he was about 20 years old. He was a bit quiet - I wasn't until I read his first written assignments that I learned, that Martin was different in that he's writing and understanding his topics was - without lapses. He methodically worked his way through the tasks that we had set up for him - together. Especially his take on cars taught me that here was a topic that Martin was extra causious about. Every detail in a chain of argumentation was thoroughly described - he displayed the ability to work independently with this topic - and he could go to any detail or topic - he would always come "home good". It will be worth following his career in the future! Martin was a bit conservative to take up the concept of an electric car- but he worked whole heartedly on the topic and I am sure he has caught up real fast! A promising branch!

As a mechanic at Agile Automotive, I learned to work very independently as I was the only full-time mechanic in the workshop. Here the tasks were to maintain, troubleshoot and ensure the operation of the prototype (a lightweight carbon fiber car with 300hp), both for display to potential customers, but also for trackdays at several Danish racetracks and other spectator-friendly events. In addition, I also spent time develop, producing and assembling the first customer car, which meant that I helped build a car (Agile SCX) from scratch. Show less

Achievements: - DEC 2021 & 2022 Champions ( in our class) - DEC 2021: Endurance Champions My job, as a race engineer at Sally Racing, is to process car- and driver data from a race session, including calculating and figure out possible qualifications and race strategies. This applies for both endurance races (Danish Endurance Championship (DEC) and 24H series (World Endurance Championship)) and sprint races (TCR Denmark). This of course means that I have participated in both national and international races. In addition, I do most of the technical assignments which is in a racing team, including programming and setup for dash, live telemetry box etc. I work closely together with the drivers and the mechanics, so that we as a team perform at our best. This sport requires being able to perform under pressure as well as communicate among different professional groups and most importantly, being a team player. Show less

As an assistant teacher at Aarhus University, I handled tasks that supplemented teaching in subjects in the mechanical engineering program. This applied to all subjects I have previously been through. This involved both explaining the theoretical knowledge from the books, problem solving, input to their projects and helping the students with their exam preparation.
