Working in a newly opened pharmacy my focus was on growing the business and the brand by delivering exceptional customer service while maximising profit margins. As supervising pharmacist I had a wide range of responsibility. Duties included HR responsibility incorporating rotas, grievances, staff training etc. I have steadily grown the dispensing side of the business since opening and have consistently hit growth targets. I was also responsible for the OTC and prescription drug ordering, using multiple suppliers to ensure the most cost effective solutions, focusing highly on generic medications while bearing in mind customer preferences.
