I had the opportunity to work with Martin during my time at Crediwire. Martin was always open for cross-departmental collaboration and values input highly, at the same time he is not afraid to challenge ones idea. This always resulted in very educational, productive, and flat out great conversations that drove the product development in the right direction. Overall, Martin conveyed a great balance between psychology, business and design in his decisions. I'm happy to have worked with Martin and any employer would be lucky to have him in the team!

As a Product Designer at Crediwire, I embarked on a journey that merged my passion for user-centric experiences with strategic design alignment for business success. My standout contribution came through the implementation of an atomic-based design system. This approach amplified learnability and usability by leveraging recognizable patterns, while also streamlining production through reusable components at the code level. This resulted in a design framework that seamlessly integrated with our development cycle and elevated user satisfaction. Collaborating with a multinational development team, I discovered the art of translating design concepts into development projects. This experience highlighted the pivotal role of clear communication and cross-functional harmony, culminating in a harmonious fusion of design and development perspectives. My strategic discussions with stakeholders fueled our design journey. By delving into their vision and objectives, I ensured our solutions were both user-centered and strategically sound. This collaborative spirit not only fostered innovation but also nurtured a collective sense of ownership and shared purpose. A personal highlight was reshaping the application-brand identity to resonate deeply with user behaviors. Trust and stability was at the forefront of our target group, so a goal of the application was to communicate this at a subconscious level. This transformation fostered a stronger bond between our product and users' aspirations, paving the way for an effective user experience beyond aesthetics. Show less

As a full-time UX designer at Hololink I helped improve the user experience of the SaaS-platform used to create AR experiences. According to users, the usability and intuitiveness of the product improved considerably following my design initiatives. I am passionate about designing intended user behavior. To improve the user experience of the SaaS platform, I designed and maintained an atomic-based design system that achieved higher learnability and improved usability through recognizable patterns, while also reducing production cost due to reusable components at the code level. Users are at the heart of the designs I make. I made sure to gather qualitative data from users several times a month using methods including, but not limited to, interviews, usability tests and focus groups. This data strengthened the primary and secondary personas, which were the foundation for Hololink's user-, and customer journeys. I relied heavily on wireframes (so many wireframes...) and user flows to communicate findings and convey design ideas to team members and to further my own understanding! I built the brand identity to better fit the intended visceral behavior of the target group. This, among other things, resulted in a new and improved landing page focused on increasing conversion rates; the amount of users signing up for the platform increased by 60%. Show less

Designing and developing VR simulations for cutting-edge research purposes. I utilized methods such as low-fidelity prototyping, brainstorming and user-tests to determine final design initiatives. This resulted in simulations which were ready-for-use in a short amount of time and which were the foundation for critically acclaimed papers. --- Running user-experiments to gather data for studies. The result was well carried out experiments which provided insightful data for studies and valuable feedback for our VR-simulations. --- Virtual Learning Lab Website development (virtuallearninglab.net). Using the newest design trends, I built a scalable website in Webflow that would ensure ease-of-use for future employees of the lab. The website met all criteria set by my manager and our Social Media Manager was able to use the system within minutes. Show less
