I worked with Martin on a small project and I can firmly say he is a man of great talent and incredible character. He is very proactive, creative, resourceful, and a ton of fun to work with. I would love to work with Martin again someday. He's got everything you'd expect out of his title and more. If he's looking; hire him.

A great team-player, and a good communicator, Martin is an extremely approachable, friendly, helpful, hard-working, easy-to-work-with programmer. He collaborates well with designers, artists and programmers alike, and he always has a good, positive, attitude. He's been pro-active and quick to jump into any new code whenever it made sense - for example writing tools to ease workflows, and fixing & modifying some of the trickier parts of our import/baking code. He gets things done quickly, and always helps ensure that the content creators aren't blocked. He has a passion for his work and really cares about the quality of anything he's involved with. Martin has a ton of potential and I predict that he will go far. I would very happily work with him again in the future.
