Productive collaboration and trust and team spirit are critical;Apply sound credit and analytical skills to review and decision credit proposals within a Personal Credit Approval Authority (PCAA) – base delegation is $20m (secured or unsecured), however a ‘Large Credit Exposure’ delegation exists for applications upward of $20m depending on the strength of counterparty (up to circa $100m). First hand recommender of applications above personal delegation (very few) requiring Risk Committee decision;Provide structuring and credit advice to business partners, in order to ensure successful business and credit outcomes. Position is responsible for all of Qld, which comprises ten separate sales business units;Understanding relevant industry issues, which might impact on external and internal credit environments affecting credit quality and recommending appropriate changes to systems and/or policies;Overview and improve established credit quality assurance frameworks, including provision of guidance and follow-up with the business where areas of improvement are identified.
