Mark Lehner
I had the pleasure of working with Martin for most of 25 years. I watched him grow from Quality Lab Technician up to Quality Manager. A major accomplishment during that time is that he led the effort for Leigh Fibers to gain ISO and TS Certifications for several departments as well as eventually the entire company. He had to lead the effort to maintain and retain those certifications as well. Martin also developed over those year the quality systems that helped manufacturing measure quality using simple techniques. As a salesman, I would also often bring Martin along to customer sites to help determine how the Leigh product might have needed improvement. Other salesmen did the same, and in that, Martin also gained a lot of respect from many many customers.
