Project Compliance and Safety Supervisor for the Dublin Division involved the management of the interface between such projects as Phoenix Park Tunnel Upgrade, Ballast Cleaning Project on the Cork line and the City Center Re-signalling Project on the DART Network.This was to bring a continuity between the Project Works and the Maintenance Works in the associated Divisions, especially on the Cork Line as two of the Projects, the Ballast Cleaning and Phoenix Park Tunnel Upgrade are working side by side. The Safety aspect revolved around putting the correct staff who are fully trained in the competencies of the tasks in hand involving both the general maintenance works plus project works in the respective Divisions and not exposing the CCE or Infrastructure Managers during external audits.
