I spent 20 years working with and entertaining thousands of youngsters with learning disabilities and came up with the idea to start a charity and raise awareness From a tiny office of just 2 volunteers we soon grew and attracted a following around the country touring Britain delivering Activity and Motivational workshops for some special youngsters. Trustees and mentors joined from local businesses and emergency services, the aim to help inspire hundreds of youngsters each year to achieve their goals in sport, music, art and drama. Over the next 6 years we steadily built a national network of supporters and I soon recognised my ability to connect with our young visitors and offer them a way to develop their skills, Many Magical Moments ensued and we set out to raise awareness and substantial funds supporting many Athletes to compete in the Special Olympic World Games in Shanghai.
