I joined Transport for London on their Electrical Engineering Graduate Scheme. This scheme allowed me to work in a number of departments completing different roles on a rotational placement basis. This helped me develop as a professional engineer by laying foundations across various sub-set disciplines of electrical engineering. I worked as a part time employee for 7 years throughout my higher education (both at sixth form and at university).
