Martin and I worked together on many P&I and FD&D related cases during Pacific Rim's entry with Skuld and later during Martin's time at Macquarie Bank with their shipping arm ResourceMarine. We worked on Arbitrations and serious casualty matters concerning a liquefied Fluorspar cargo in China - which was successfully mediated - and a multi-million Dollar unsafe Port claim in West Africa.
