As a member of the Swallow Hill faculty I developed courses on songwriting, guitar, mandolin, signing, and the culture and history of music. I also directed performing ensembles, instructed private lessons, and performed for school events. In the fall of 2021, I developed a new 16-week in-depth course titled Progressions: Folk Guitar directed at students who wanted to advance their playing from an intermediate level to an advanced or professional level. Additionally, I helped in the establishment of the online school during the COVID-19 Pandemic. From 2014-2018 I hosted and produced the Front Row podcast featuring interviews with artists and industry figures in the Denver area arts and music scene.
