My time at North Shore was most satisfying and rewarding, where collaborated with a team of SCM infrastructure for high-level troubleshooting tasks. I also managed and configured Capsule servers in all locations and worked with vendor to solve troubleshooting any technical issues. In addition, I was involved in the design configuration consisting of multiple server system and applications with database access, client/server access and interfaces. Some of the project highlights are: • SIS and SIP Applications Installation involving implementation, configuration, and upgrades • The infrastructure software and hardware Modification Project involving disaster recovery and fail over between client data centers. • The SCM software components and Hot Fixes Implementation project requiring cross-functional collaboration between Development, QA, and Stage and Production environments. • I also worked with integration team to solve any inbound or outbound issues and manage more 100 interface connections, and built and supported the upgrade of Allscripts from SCM 5.5 to 16.3.
