  In this role I managed the Australian business for DS Smith Rapak, reporting into the MD based in Auckland. As part of this, I was also responsible for all business KPI's associated with and leading the team based at the Australian sales office in Melbourne. The role was responsible for the sales of the DS Smith Rapak "bag-in-box" packaging, in the main sourcing products from the two regional manufacturing plants in Auckland and Bangkok, but also from the world wide DS Smith business. The role also was responsible for the sales of Rapak's range of Liquid Filling equipment. Key to the role is the forming and maintaining of strong relationships with key Procurement, Production, Engineering and Management personnel across many industries, including Dairy, Edible Oil, Wine, Fruit, Egg, etc. as well as key 3rd party partners that supply products and services that compliment Rapak's products. A highlight of returning to the role was the satisfaction of seeing the business enjoying significant growth year on year, the last FY being one of double digit growth and a sales record for the company.
