Martin has a special brain. He can see the world in more colours than many people I know. He seems to find patterns, connections and humour where others don't. This means he is great at coming up with expressive concepts and ideas that are singularly distinctive and compelling. I worked with him for many years and saw the result of that multiple times. He was always able to come at something from a different perspective, and find ways to communicate ideas simply, with a captivating narrative.

I worked with Martin, and was line managed by him, for 13 years and class it as a privilege to have done so. Martin is a skilled graphic designer with a brilliant eye but beyond this he’s a true creative talent. His ideas and his ability to think in ways that other people rarely do is what sets him apart. He’s brave enough to take risks but also a trusted pair of hands that will get the tone just right. More important than all this, he’s a kind, hard working, down-to-earth human who is a great listener and has a strong moral compass. I would recommend Martin to anyone at any time.
