I took the company through an extensive restructure, improving efficiency and cutting costs. One of my achievements was to earn the company ISO9001 accreditation, after their previous attempts to gain it had been unsuccessful. This necessitated a raft of changes, implementing policies and procedures and improving practices, document flows and record-keeping.
