Martin recruited me into the Global team as his Brand Manager in 2008. He is a very approachable person and a caring manager. He supported my recommendations, gave advice and supported me on projects. Martin always had time for me and is a good listener. He was encouraging, gave praise where it was due and was always clear on what he expected. His marketing and communication skills are very strong, he’s the most efficient and proactive person I know. He’s a conscientious team player, when another Manager in the team left the business Martin lead projects outside of his responsibility, without him these projects would not have been delivered on time. I would recommend anyone lucky enough to work for Martin to learn as much as possible from him with the time you have...it’s invaluable!
