It was another great opportunity for me to accelerate my career growth. Here I was accountable for cooperating with local regulators such as ANP and Ibama. I had also worked as an Asset Transition Manager during Bijupira-Salema Acquisition and my primary focus was on delivering transition and transfer guidelines implemented among Shell and Petrorio. Delegated transition process to new appointed Asset Manager. I was Selected as OCM during Manati project Acquisition upon consistently delivering exceptional performance. My strong organisational skills enabled me to organise Polvo asset operations, safety, maintenance, and integrity. I efficiently leveraged my negotiation expertise while re-negotiating high-worth contracts with all service vendors. Conducted operations and maintenance transfer to third-party O&M contractor. Redesigned operational safety management process to comply with local regulators. I worked collaboratively with FPSO O&M service provider. Oversaw crude oil offtake operations. Established operational agreements with other operators to share logistics services and reduce OPEX costs.Below are some selected contributions: Administered Polvo asset and operations while managing annual budget of $150 MM. I always been eager to learn something new and productive, and this role empowered me to develop comprehensive field knowledge. I was involved in dealing with all contracts, including logistics, manpower, inventory, and repetro inventory.
