This plant is one of the few currently operating in North America, using Deep Shaft technology as the treatment process. Once the take-over has occurred, I will be supervising and mentoring staff, assisting in operational ad maintenance activities, when required.

Projects in Banff,Chestermere, Strathmore, Firebag and Suncor Main Plant. Responsibilities included Relief Site Manager, Relief Lead Hand Operator and Senior Operator.When not working in Operations, I worked with the Projects and Tech Services group, working as Project Coordinator or Construction Coordinator on many sites including Okotoks Wter Treatment plant expansion, Banff startup, Chestermere Water Reservoir Expansion, Chestermere Water Feedermain Construction and commissioning, Strathmore Wastewater Treatment plant rehabilitation/conversion, Chestermere and Strathmore FAC/CCC and Subdivision reviews and many Operational projects.Training new and existing staff.

Direct Responsible Charge, on shift, of a 60 ML Wastewater Treatment plant and 5 large lift station operations. This required SCADA Communication monitoring and troubleshooting, trending evaluation. Process changes were passed on to senior staff for review and implementation. Training of new staff and students, conducting tours and building and grounds upkeep.
