I have been Company Manager with the Coolex Heat Transfer Group ,CHT, since 1988, during which time I have been responsible for the day to day operations of the Derby manufacturing division of the company, and more recently incorporating a visiting consultancy role for our Nottingham office. At the time of recruitment the business was 18 months into trading and running at a loss. I was eager to accept this as a new challenge and was able to achieve a 10% trading growth per annum through a combination of previous experience, enthusiasm and a drive to help the company to achieve.
