  When I think of my job, all I can think of is “Happiness 360”, this is, making clients happy, keeping our staff happy, and making CorbisStudio happy. Throw in the mix the family too –and you got a real deal. The first thing is to choose the right people. I can’t be everywhere –neither do I want to be everywhere. So having the right team becomes a priority. Second thought is means and methods. I believe in and trust people, but above individuals I trust protocols. Having the right way of doing things is key to delivering happiness to clients and staff in every single project.Last but not least, the road is not always sunny and colorful. So working on a strong culture is a deal breaker: either you have it, or you are out of business.So I can think of a few goals and metrics to measure the success of my work. But if I am forced to pick one, it would be “360 happiness”. Happy people working in a positive environment will have a positive impact in what we deliver to our clients.

  Anyone is “Founder and CEO” these days. Fine by me, but it got me thinking: when did you found this company? 15 years ago? Really? Is that something that gets you out of bed every day? Simple: not at all. I won’t lie to you: I may like to be remembered as founder. But my bottom line is quite different.
