Martin je pro me nejlepsi obchodnik, jakeho jsem kdy potkal. Dokaze zakaznika presvedcit o tom, ze produkt, ktery nabizi, je ten spravny. Zadne klicky ani text malym pismem pod carou na smlouve. Strategie win-win. Pri praci se casto ridi intuici, pusobi presvedcive, takze zakaznik citi, ze je skutecne stredem zajmu. Zadne nacvicene postupy a fraze z knizek, kazdy ziska individualni pristup.

Martina jsem poznal jako člena obchodního týmu a později obchodního ředitele. Pro mne se stal synonymem výrazu "rozený obchodník" v tom nejlepším smyslu. Odborník, stratég a vždy dobře připravený obchodník a později manažer. Znalosti, autorita a komunikační schopnosti z něj činí přirozeného lídra každého obchodního týmu. Jeho krédem je na 100% věřit produktu, který prodávám a říkat zákazníkovi vždy pravdu. Dodnes spolu často konzultujeme a zajímá mě jeho názor a pohled na záležitosti týkající se obchodu.
