Back when I was working with Martijn at Amari Watergate Bangkok, I found that he was truly multi-purpose and very helpful to his colleagues. Despite juggling many tasks at once, he always found the time to help you with what you need. His leadership skills and maturity is also beyond many of his peers and working with him has been one of the most memorable experiences in my professional career.
