I have been fortunate enough to work with Martijn across our sales and new businesses pipeline development. I have found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable across both verticals especially his understanding regarding our HubSpot pipeline architecture. Further to this Martijn recently has stepped up to co-manage the sales team across ABM and inbound sales, I found his dedication in learning and up-skill’ng refreshing.

Completed my graduation internship at PBL where I also wrote my MSc thesis. The result was a case study where I uncovered the reasons a business decides to relocate and what impact a relocation can have on employees. Next to employees leaving (especially in lower paying jobs), changes in the amount employees worked from home, and changes in target audience (especially for highly local businesses) nearly all businesses stated some of their core activities changed after the migration. Possibly suggesting redundancy in previous activities or the creation of new opportunities due to location, costs, available space or infrastructure. Show less
