It was a great privilege leading the Product development team where Martie was a key member of our leadership team as a SAFe Agile Coach & RTE. I am very impressed with her continuous focus on improving the Agile processes and outcomes. She is very pro-active in aiding to resolve blockers and facilitating collaboration both within internal team and with external dependant teams.
