Marti and I worked together at Fujitsu for 7+ years. The last three years we worked closely on the same team developing a number of internal systems. Marti was the Business Systems Analyst and I was responsible for the development of those systems. During that time I got to know Marti very well. She is an excellent employee. Very dedicated, motivated, hard-working, well respected, and always willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of the business. More importantly though, she is a great person – caring, thoughtful, positive. She is an excellent liaison between the business side of the organization and the technical/development team, and has the ability to ask the right questions to fully understand the requirements and then communicate them in a way that is easily understood by the development team. In her role as BSA, she’s performed systems analysis and design, created technical specification documentation, written end-user training materials and user guides, conducted countless demos and training sessions, and provided post implementation support. The list goes on and on. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marti. In a word, she is simply

I worked with Marti on a very large and complex internal project. She demonstrated knowledge and command of all aspects of the business. She is comfortable in addressing all levels and functional areas. She was respected by her peers in IS and the business as well.
