At El Rancho Charter School, I designed and implemented lessons for 206 Math 8 students. While there, I established and maintained classroom policies creating a culture of respect and personal responsibility. Additional duties included administering classroom assessments and analyzing the data to enhance instruction; communicating with students and their families using Aeries, Google Classroom, phone calls, and email; and participating in IEP, 504, & SST meetings.
