Marti not only does her job extraordinarily well, she takes each project as a passionate challenge to improve upon the last. Her drive for continual improvement is a valuable asset to her employer, her coworkers and business associates. Marti also possesses something that can't be taught or learned: a true inherent passion for training and education. This, coupled with her marketing know-how, makes Marti a standout in any crowd. I'm proud to have had the opportunity to work alongside Marti, and I'm confident that others would be too.

Marti is one of the smartest and hardest working people I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Never afraid to make a decision, she is perceptive and anticipates ramifications, therefore making the right decision the first time. Marketing-wise, Marti is skilled at understanding the target audience, whether it’s a business or an end user and designs very effective programs. Training and education is also her passion and combined with her marketing savviness it allows her to not only design the training program but market it too. Marti’s has always been NPCA’s go to problem solver. If there is a program or project in any department that’s off the rails, Marti gets it and in short order, it’s back on track and successful. Bottom line is that Marti can do most anything and I recommend her highly.
