Responsible for association membership, education, and workforce development/outreach initiatives including: needs assessments, curriculum development, budget development and management, onsite logistics, and working with NPCA's Committees and Boards to achieve workforce development and education goals outlined in the strategic plan. In addition to live courses, I am responsible for NPCA’s online education which allows NPCA to offer distance education to the precast concrete industry, our academic and student partners, and specifying communities.As Executive Director of the NPCA Foundation I work in collaboration with the Board of Directors to manage a $1.3 million dollar budget and to achieve identified strategic objectives to partner with universities, colleges, and vocational schools to implement grants to build and deploy precast-specific curriculum in support of NPCA's workforce development goals.

Lead all association technical and education initiatives including: oversight of technical resources and engineering staff, curriculum development and deployment, budgeting, management of 45% of association staff, onsite logistics for meetings, education, and tradeshows, and working with NPCA Committees to create relevant user-friendly technical and educational resources. Worked with software developer to develop customized LMS and association database. In addition to oversight and management of all association education activities, I was responsible for NPCA's third-party plant certification program, which is heavily relied upon by Departments of Transportation, FHWA, and other specifiers. This included oversight of a $1.4 million dollar annual budget. I implemented a full turnaround of the program within 60 days to ensure adherence to all policies, oversaw the development and deployment of a custom software to audit and manage the program which led to a considerable savings for our third party vendor expenses for audits. Additionally, I worked in collaboration with the Director of Regulatory Services to expand acceptance of the certification program to 35 state DOTs.
