- I work within a multi-skilled team and collaborate with a variety of colleagues to deliver high quality analysis to support the Police and Crime Plan- I contribute to promoting public confidence in the Metropolitan Police Service and crime reduction through supporting the development and delivery of policy and programmes through evidence based advice and reporting, in particular performance evaluation- I conduct quantitative data analysis with large datasets (e.g. crosstabs, regression, significance testing) from a range of sources, such as police recorded crime data and health related statistics, using multiple software packages including Microsoft Excel and SPSS- I visualise data, using Tableau, to create and develop interactive dashboards which are shared in the public domain and for internal purposes- I present my findings and analysis in a variety of formats, such as presentations and written reports for different audiences, including those with specialist knowledge of the subject area- As a Mental Health First Aider at MOPAC, I provide support and advice to my team members with specific focus on mental and emotional well-being
