  I learned the beginning stages of collections when accounts are in arrears or have overcharges. I focused mainly on learning how to input the codes for physical and occupational procedures, along with their supporting diagnosis codes. I prepared CMS-1500 forms for billing with the assistance of their computer software. I also completed monthly reports and assisted with Medicare documentation that was scanned and saved for reference, maintaining privacy and confidentiality per company policy and personal belief.
