Lindsey Quiñones
I had the pleasure of working with Martha for about 3 years. She is a passionate well-rounded and knowledgeable designer. I’ve seen her lead teams and projects of various sizes from small boutique businesses to some of the largest tech clients in the Bay Area with great success. Her agility and ability to creatively solve problems are nothing short of reassuring. Her leadership style is nurturing and kind. I would highly encourage anyone the opportunity to work with Martha. She has a lot to give and there’s so much to learn from her.

I had the pleasure of working with Martha in our San Francisco studio for nearly two years. While I can elaborate on many of her professional attributes, I feel there are two in particular which make her an asset to any organization. 1) The ability to manage challenges with empathy and grace: Martha's personal and professional composure, even under profoundly stressful situations is remarkable, particularly given the competitiveness of the Bay Area to engage clients and deliver projects with difficult constraints. She not only exceeded client expectations, but did so by enabling a collaborative, supportive and fun environment that reinforced the best qualities in her team. 2) Ability to inspire and coach: Martha's self-directed work ethic has always been born out of an intense devotion to simply make things (and usually those around her) better. As a point in fact, Martha frequently influences positive client and partner decisions, not with a heavy hand, but with a clear and personable emotional intelligence approach. People want to be on Martha's projects because she knows when to coach for constructive outcomes, and knows when to inspire when its time to be bold.
