I had the pleasure of working with Martha in different stages of design (branding, UX/UI, product, web, etc.) and I was refreshed by her approach to all of these. She has an impecable taste and sense of aesthetic that is supported by her sense of practicality. Martha delivers carefully thought out pieces that look effortless and clean while always bringing a little extra something that the team hadn't thought of and as a creative designer is rare to see this. I love the fact that her process involves going further. Her creative direction when it came taking a project the extra mile was contagious; these are the projects where she showed how resourceful she was, because when she raises a question she is not only willing to find, but already thought about a posible solution. In subsequent jobs I've had since working with her, I still use the "what Martha would do" when I'm assigned with a task that I can't seem to turn around.
