  Develop and implemented a multi-year comprehensive maintenance plan that is both corrective and preventative for the upkeep of all facilities, grounds, and the major facilities systems. I provide an efficient work order system for repairs of facilities and equipment that ensures that all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely fashion, and provide regular work order status. I developed a custodial service plan for each building that outlines the tasks of and expectations for custodial employees, indicating a detailed daily and periodic schedule for cleaning and simple repairs of the facilities. While implementing that plan I also established and implemented an effective summer and non-school day program of specialized cleaning and repairs. I direct and manage the transportation team in all aspects of operations, sales, fleet management and customer service. Lead a personnel management program for the building and grounds department that includes the recruitment and selection process, and a written evaluation process that uses the recommendations of building-level administrators. I recommend the employment, discipline, or dismissal of all operations and transportation personnel. I am responsible for two budgets. Lastly I collaborate with the bond construction team to ensure projects meet standards and protocols. We evaluate milestone assumptions and conclusions, and resolve design problems. I also approve construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases to prevent fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
