February 2004 to Present: General Manager, report to Sweden based President Tomas Johansson Manage U.S.-based sales and customer service organization, work in team format with European senior management on new machine development, technical procedures, financial forecast, and actual sales outcome. Participate in quarterly management meetings and yearly board meetings. Day-to-day operations consisting of preparation of sales quotations, application engineering, demonstrations customer sales follow-up, offsite and onsite sales contract review, and machine contract closings. Manage Accounting Manager on AP and AR, reviewing of Profit and Loss and Balance sheets. Implement and monitor cost reduction ideas and review/improve quality processes. Visit customer sites and evaluate new installations, customer training programs, and machine acceptances including machine capability studies. As General Manager, I am also responsible for hiring and training new managers, planning and assigning work assignments, creating incentive and bonus programs, instituting disciplinary actions, resolving customer complaints, Resolving of intra-company issues and following through to ensure company policies and procedures are executed.
