Visit customer sites and evaluate new installations, customer training programs, and machine acceptances including machine capability studies. As General Manager, I am also responsible for hiring and training new managers, planning and assigning work assignments, creating incentive and bonus programs, instituting disciplinary actions, resolving customer complaints, Resolving of intra-company issues and following through to ensure company policies and procedures are executed.
