  Leading the most talented and genuinely nice Service Designers.I have been working in the field of Service design for 20 years and been apart of building Service design field in EGGS. I have experience from working with big organizations in public and private sector and startups and scale ups. Working close with the client and in cross disciplinary teams solving wicked problems gives me energy. I am a firm believer in learning by doing and that with the right processes, tools and teams we can create lasting value for the client and end users.

  I work with EGGS' strategic clients supporting top management in design leadership, and how they can successfully organize for service innovation. My key competencies are leadership, service innovation and service design. Typically I support how companies can start or develop efficient internal design teams. It's about how to organize design projects and innovation processes involving both internal domain experts and external design teams to collaborate and co-create. I can design a service innovation process and take part as a process facilitator, or I can support leaders advising them on strategy and tactics to ensure meaningful processes and changes that will fit the organization. I am driven by working in teams. I love to contribute to other people's positive development and that we together.I firmly believe, and experience again and again, that the methods from service design are ideal approaches to ensure collaboration and co-creation.

  I have led the EGGS Oslo office with an amazing leadership team and fantastic colleagues during a growth period where we developed from 25 to 60 creatives within design and technology. EGGS Design Oslo is one of five offices in the EGGS ecosystem. My primary focus was on the people: catering for the best creative work culture for designers and techies and ensuring a healthy turnover and profitability during growth and quality in our offerings and deliveries. Our goal is always to be cutting edge and a market leader. In addition I was involved with key strategic clients supporting them in their transformation processes where design has been a driver and method for positive change. I was also a mentor within design leadership for selected clients supporting them in how they could organize for innovation and change.

  As lead Service designer Marte is leading and facilitating service design and innovation projects in EGGS. She has led large projects for clients in the public as well as the private sector. Her main goal is to create great solutions for the users and make a difference in their lives. In addition she contributes widely to develop the topic of service design, both internally and externally, and she is used as a censor at the Master Education of AHO. Prior to her carreer at EGGS, Marte she was a project leader for Norwegian Design Council awards and accolades.Main Qualifications: Insights Processes, Process Facilitation, Service Design, Lead creative processes, Project Management.Marte has lead Service Design projects with: Innovation Norway, Piql, Bufdir, DNB, Fugro, Patentstyret, Forskningsrådet
