Marta was taking part in a transition of Customer Service department from Belgium to Spain, where I started building new team. I must say that I was impressed by her dedication , she cared about every single detail related to her job and she had really high standard service towards customers of Donaldson. During handover period she was extremly dedicated , proffecional , positive and she had great relationship with collegues and customers which means that indeed we have lost really great team member. I would recommend Marta to everyone looking for strong Customer Service and if I could I would keep her in my team in Spain.
