Marta jest bardzo pracowitą i odpowiedzialną osobą. Jest bardzo efektywna i skupiona na zadaniach. Doskonale odnajduje się w trudnych czy kryzysowych sytuacjach. Przewiduje możliwe scenariusze i potencjalne zagrożenia. Szybko się uczy i doskonale zarządza pracą zespołu. Nie narzuca, docenia inne zdanie, ale też skutecznie potrafi dążyć do założonych celów. W mojej karierze spotkałam już wiele osób, ale niewiele z nich jest jak Marta.
