I’ve had a pleasure of working with Marta Mironiska since January 2016. For almost a year she has provided solid support to the team as a PMO officer, creating necessary reports and presentations on team's performance. In addition to that, she has proved herself to be an effective project manager, delivering both simple and challenging projects. In both roles she has succeeded and shown herself as a person with an attention to detail and proactive can-do attitude. I was impressed by her ability to learn quickly and her ability to find tacit knowledge in the team. Last but not least, she has good working habits with time-bound objectives. As a co-worker, she is a very sociable and friendly person who will definitely be missed. Due to reorganization of the company she has to leave the team, but I hope we will have an opportunity to work together again.

I have had the privilege of working with Marta Mironiska at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. She reported to one of my marketing supervisors, however I often had a chance to work with her directly as she engaged on top of her daily responsibilities in a lots of projects. When there was a challenge to deal with, she was approaching me with solutions, not problems. Both me, as well as other stakeholders appreciated her communication skills.
