In charge of social selling - redesigning the traditional Avon selling and shopping experience. Coordinating development and activation of business platforms & communication channels for Avon representatives, with focus on mobile. Recently designed and launched a digital transformation project for all CE markets, aimed at building digital skills and leadership in all of the departments. Huge HR change management initiative designed for a couple of years. Co-leading and supporting innovation journey across CE (innovation mindset and innovative projects pipeline).
