When I started working, Marta was the one who hired me first. She was interested and understood what I was best fitted for. Her relationship with her clients allowed her to put me on a job that I (and the client), till this day, hold in my list of great experiences. I've left that job later on the road and Marta found me a new one a couple of months later, also without interview (the clients trust her that much). Marta knows her clients and she knows how to provide them with the service they want, while at the same time, balancing a list of employees that she knows will perform the best to keep her clients happy.
