Her primary role includes overseeing company operations, creating efficient internal infrastructure, creating and implementing policies and procedures, spearheading business initiatives, and managing and motivating staff. She brings a vitality, professionalism and warmth and a mindset of exceptional customer service and advocacy to her work with clients. Marta leads the company’s strategic direction. In her role, she manages multiple business initiatives, including employing exceptional qualified staff and elite medical experts. Marta is the driving force in the development of work ethic, culture and values within the organization. Through personal example, she establishes the style and approach which will characterize the company’s dealings with the marketplace. In her role, she has successfully diversified organization’s products and services into other industries including Life & Health Insurer’s, Employers, Government Agencies and Medical Legal Communities, and she continues to maintain executive relationships with our clients.
