🟢 I am responsible for managing the Company's operations, including: ▪️ organisation and coordination of international forwarding; ▪️ implementation of appropriate procedures enabling the transport of strategic goods, military loads from the Military List and Dual Use goods; ▪️ implementation of the ICS system (internal control system) in the company's structures; ▪️ development of internal procedures ensuring maximum efficiency of forwarding activities and maintaining the highest quality standards; ▪️ ensuring information security, including protection of classified information and protection of personal data; ▪️ maintainancne and development of contacts with clients and contractors; ▪️ defining sales strategies and plans and supervising their implementation; ▪️ organisation of controls and internal audits in accordance with applicable regulations; ▪️ control over the budget and administration of the Company's assets; ▪️ development and implementation of marketing plans and brand image; ▪️ participation in conferences and industry and specialist meetings; ▪️ implementation of personnel strategy, and development of the employment and payroll system.
