As the Operations Manager I am dealing with day-to-day activities in the office including training and directing junior consultants on their work. My job also involves variety of projects such as warehouse reviews, transport network designs, preparing tender documents. For most of the project time I work independently and then I am liaising with the senior consultants to structure and complete the final report. I feel confident with a complex data and can provide high quality outputs. I am comfortable to carry on data workshops and to present the final work to clients.
