  Gloucestershire College has three sites across the county and I work flexibly across all sites as required. I proactively provide direct support, instruction and guidance to Library and Directed Study users in using the resources and learning technologies available. I assist in the organisation and running of events, promotions and competitions to promote the libraries, resources and learning to learners.Other general duties include:Delivering Library Inductions and Research/Study Skills sessions to groups of learnersUndertaking reception desk dutiesUsing the Heritage Library Management System to issue, return and reserve loan itemsInputting data relating to stock monitoring, ordering and occupancyShelving, processing of new stock and keeping the library tidyUpdating, maintaining and developing the Virtual Library and Social Media Platforms for the library.
