I have worked with Marta since I joined Babcock six years ago. She was our office manager at that time and I was impressed by how knowledgeable, helpful and professional she was running a very busy reception as well as keeping her demanding customers happy. I can totally understand why she was snapped up by one of the team to get involved in setting up a new training initiative as her organisational skills are second to none. Marta and I jointly set up 'Skills for Growth' - a Babcock wide skills training programme and I was Marta's line manager between Jan 2013 and October 2015. Marta is able to combine flawless programme management with excellent customer relationship skills. Marta's attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and pride in her work meant this new training programme quickly gained a reputation of being top quality and excellently organised. Marta was confident in managing relationships at all levels across the company which greatly helped in building new relationships with executives and promoting the programme. Marta also formed trust based relationships with our training suppliers which often contributed to a 'win-win' for both companies. Her relaxed, friendly and efficient style was evident in everything she did. Marta demonstrated high integrity at all times and overall was one of the best employees I have ever had!
