I had the privilege of working with Marta Abebe for a long period under the same director at Ethiopian Airlines. Marta Abebe was an outstanding colleague who always delivered excellent results. She was a Master of Maintenance Program preparation at Ethiopian Airlines, and she used his expertise to create innovative solutions for any maintenance program-related issues. She was also a great team player who collaborated well with others and shared her knowledge generously. She was always respectful, friendly, and supportive of his peers and managers. He made a positive difference in our team and our organization, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented and reliable professional.

Marta Abebe was my colleague in Ethiopian Airlines for about seven years. She was Senior Maintenance Programming Engineer for B777 Fleet while I was Senior B777 Fleet Maintenance Planning Engineer taking her outputs as my inputs so that I can talk a lot about her professional excellence. During my worktime with her, she was open minded, humble and hard working lady with commitment and team sprit to satisfy here customers by delivering good quality products in good time. She was part of B777 Fleet WTT, Working Team Together whose goal is fleet reliability enhancement and she delivered a lot of reliability improvement ideas and included it into Maintenance program. After conducting thorough reliability analysis, she also worked on B777 Fleet Approved Maintenance Program interval escalation by 50% for every letter A-Check that saved one-third of the maintenance cost and increased the equipment availability by 33.3%. I do appreciate her dedication and commitment to achieve her goal.
