Martu znám už několik let, takže s naprostou jistotou dokážu potvrdit její kvality. Marta je skvělá IT Recruiterka, která umí nábor od A až do Z. Dokáže obsadit nemožné pozice od backoffice, interního IT/vývoje až po klasický bodyshopp. Je inciativní a nebojí se být ani interním HR Managerem :), když je to potřeba. Byla pro mě tím nejlepším možným parťákem a za to jí chci moc poděkovat.

Martu jsem přijal do svého týmu před více jak jedním rokem. Dostala na starost jednu z nejtěžších aktivit a to sourcing nových kandidátů v již tak těžkém odvětví jako je IT. Za tu dobu dokázala najít spoustu nových kolegů, kteří rozšířili naše vývojové týmy. Na Martě nejvíce oceňuji její schopnost pro pečlivost a samostatnost, díky které mohla pracovat maximálně autonomně.
